Citizenship.
Becoming a Canadian citizen is an important goal for many immigrants. Becoming a citizen provides you with all of the benefits of being a Permanent Resident (PR), along with the ability to vote in elections, run for government, join the military, and apply for a Canadian passport. This is the highest status you can attain as an immigrant in Canada.
In order to earn citizenship, you must already be a Permanent Resident (PR), be at least 18 years old, or 14 if you are with a parent, no criminal history, and strong use of either English or French. There is also a test of Canadian knowledge prior to earning your citizenship, which we can help you prepare for with a list of resources to study. Once you pass all the requirements, you will take part in a ceremony and oath to Canada.
Most importantly, you will able to pass down Canadian citizenship to your children, and allow your future generations to benefit and to build onto all that Canada has to offer. Book a consultation with us below to get started.
