<image:title>Start-Up Visa - Start-Up Visa.</image:title>
<image:caption>The Canadian government offers many opportunities for those who wish to invest and build their businesses. In order to qualify for a Start-Up Visa, your business must get support from either a Venture Capital Fund, Angel Investor, or Business Incubator. You must also prove your language skills at an agency that is approved by Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). A Venture Capital Fund is a pool of financial investors who invest in early stage start-up businesses, where an Angel Investor is typically an individual who invests in a start-up business; finally, Business Incubators are found in many major Canadian cities, and they exist to help start-up businesses accelerate their growth through mentorship and financial investment. Each of these 3 support options have unique intake requirements that may involve you presenting your business idea in person, or at minimum to present a business plan. If accepted, you will receive a Letter of Support which will aid you in your immigration process. Many of these visa options ultimately lead to you earning your permanent residence (PR) in Canada. This provides you with all of the benefits of being a citizen, except for voting in elections, and joining the military. We are happy to help you take the next step - book a consultation below.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Building a strong, and healthy family is something Canada values. Similar to becoming a Permanent Resident, there are many ways you can start the process of sponsoring a family member, such as a spouse, child, adopted children, relative, or parent. You can sponsor relatives into Canada providing you are at least 18 years old, a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident of Canada, or registered under the Indian Act. Completing the process of sponsoring a loved-one will provide that person with a permanent resident (PR) status. This provides all of the benefits of becoming a Canadian citizen without the ability to vote or join the military. Family unification is important to the government of Canada, and many programs exist to help your dreams of sponsoring a loved one come true. However, each program has a different set of requirements and responsibilities in order for your sponsorship to be successful; Book a consultation below, and we’ll guide on what pathway is best for you and your family.</image:caption>

<image:title>Express Entry - Express Entry.</image:title>
<image:caption>This is one of the most common pathways into Canada, and there are a variety of ways you can become a permanent resident. Each of these pathways are based on Canada’s search for skilled workers. Express Entry is the system that Canada uses to manage applications for Permanent Residence (PR). There are 3 pathways to apply for Express Entry, including the Federal Skilled Worker program, Federal Skilled Trades program, and Canadian Experience Class. The Federal Skilled Worker program has minimum requirements for work experience, language skills, and education. Further selection factors include your age, your level of work experience and education, whether you have a valid job offer, your English or French skills, and how likely you are to adapt well into Canada. These factors are part of a 100-point scale for eligibility, you’re assigned a score, and with a minimum score of 67, you are then placed in the Express Entry pool. The Federal Skilled Trades program - you must meet the minimum skill level for language, have 2 years of paid full-time work experience within 5 years before applying, meet the job requirements for the trade you are applying to, and have a valid full-time job offer for 1 year minimum, or a certificate of qualification in your trade. There is no education requirement for this program, however you will earn more points towards the Express Entry pool if you attended high school or post-secondary education. Finally, the Canadian Experience Class is for those with Canadian work experience aiming for Permanent Residency (PR). You must also pass the minimum language requirements, and have at least 1 year work experience within 3 years before you apply. You need a minimum of 1,560 hours worked, and this can also be earned through part-time work. There is no education requirement for this program, however you will earn more points towards the Express Entry pool if you attended high school or post-secondary education. Once you are in the Express Entry pool, provinces and territories can recruit candidates through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). Each province and territory have their own options and immigration needs, where they may favour students, business people, skilled workers, or semi-skilled workers. Each province or territory in Canada has their own eligibility requirements, along with the requirements for each Express Entry option. Becoming a permanent resident (PR) in Canada provides you with all of the opportunities a Canadian citizen does, expect for voting, and joining the military. If you plan to become a Canadian citizen, this is your first step. Regardless of your skill set, we’re here to help guide you with the most cost and time efficient way to immigrate. <image:title>Visitor & Tourist Visa - Visitor & Tourist Visa.</image:title>
<image:caption>Canada offers a tourist experience unlike any other. Regardless of your interests, from world-class winter sports, and landscapes, to vibrant city life, Canada has it all. Generally there are two options for this Visa; the Tourist Visa and the Business Visitor Visa. In terms of eligibility, you will have to prove you have ties to your home country, you are financially able to support your travels, prove you are admissible, and have a plan for your trip, including documentation to support your plan. The Tourist Visa is also referred to as the Temporary Resident Visa, which is meant for short-term travel, and you will not be legally able to work, or access the social benefit system within Canada with this Visa. However, if you are granted a Business Visitor Visa, you will be able to visit Canada for business purposes, but not enter into the Canadian labour market. You will not be required to apply for a Tourist Visa to visit Canada if you reside in a list of select countries, instead you will apply for electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) - we can advise you on which countries require an eTA. Many of these Visa’s provide you the opportunity to visit Canada for up to 6 months, with the option of extending your stay. Whether you are visiting family, vacationing, or growing your business within Canada, book a consultation below, and we will start the process.</image:caption>

<image:title>Student Immigration - Student Immigration.</image:title>
<image:caption>Canada provides world-class education, regardless of your field of study. The Canadian government values immigrant students, and oftentimes a student visa can lead to permanent residence after graduation, or the end of a co-op work placement. We suggest that while you are applying for your Student Visa, you should also consider the application and admission requirements, including cost of the school you’d like to attend. Many scholarships are available to international students, for more information, click here. Scholarships can help reduce the extra cost of applying to a Canadian college or university as a foreign student. If you live in China, India, Morocco, Pakistan, Senegal, Vietnam, or the Philippines, you may be able to earn your Student Visa faster. You may also apply to extend your study permit, if you have to. In addition to being able to study in Canada, many visa options also provide you the ability to work for 20 hours a week, during your studies, providing you the opportunity to become more adapted to the Canadian job market. Having work experience along with your degree greatly increases the likelihood of employment after graduation. <image:caption>Becoming a Canadian citizen is an important goal for many immigrants. Becoming a citizen provides you with all of the benefits of being a Permanent Resident (PR), along with the ability to vote in elections, run for government, join the military, and apply for a Canadian passport. This is the highest status you can attain as an immigrant in Canada. In order to earn citizenship, you must already be a Permanent Resident (PR), be at least 18 years old, or 14 if you are with a parent, no criminal history, and strong use of either English or French. There is also a test of Canadian knowledge prior to earning your citizenship, which we can help you prepare for with a list of resources to study. Once you pass all the requirements, you will take part in a ceremony and oath to Canada. Most importantly, you will able to pass down Canadian citizenship to your children, and allow your future generations to benefit and to build onto all that Canada has to offer. Next, you must apply from outside of Canada, take an immigrant medical exam, be allowed to enter Canada, and finally provide proof that the household you are planning to stay in meets the minimum necessary income. There are several other conditions that must be met in order for your application to be successful; Book a consultation below, and we’ll guide you on a path to visiting your children or grandchildren.</image:caption>
